No warranty will be granted without approved return authorization number. The warranty is not covered if the failure is caused by neglect of necessary care: unexpected acts of nature climate (hurricane, tornadoes, tropical storms, wind). Customer is responsible for taking the umbrellas down when climate reaches unsafe conditions.
• Changes/Cancellations: Request for cancellations and/or changes of product must be received within five (5) business days after receipt of order, exception for cancellations due to out to stock item. Orders that do not follow these guidelines will be charge a 30% re-stocking fee.
